JJ Watt apparently was not any more in the loop about what was going on with his team than the rest of us were.
The Houston Texans star hilariously tweeted on Saturday that he was golfing when a kid on the course broke news to him about the team’s moves.

There was certainly a lot to get caught up on with the reigning AFC South champs landing offensive lineman Laremy Tunsil and receiver Kenny Stills from the Miami Dolphins. The move came hours after Houston also traded for running back Carlos Hyde and traded away defensive end Jadeveon Clowney in separate deals.
While getting your news from a young lad on the fairway is a little unexpected, at least it wasn’t bad news like another sports figure got in similar fashion.
