Kirk Cousins has a message for his Washington Redskins teammates: make like the San Antonio Spurs, be quiet, stay out of the limelight, and win.
Cousins likes the lack of drama that has surrounded Washington this year, and he hopes it continues.

So far, so good. Even these unsuccessful long-term negotiations between the quarterback and the team haven’t proven to be a distraction. Of course, turning Washington into San Antonio’s well-oiled machine is probably asking too much, but staying away from drama is doable, and so far, they have.
