If former Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray enters the NFL Draft, it sounds like he’s most likely to go late in the first round.
NFL reporter Benjamin Allbright reported Friday that most NFL evaluators found it unlikely that Murray would be a top 20 pick, but expected that someone would make a move for him late in the first round of the draft.
Everyone around the league I talked to in Mobile found it "difficult to believe" that Kyler Murray would be a top 20 pick.
Obviously early, but sentiment was "someone will take him late round 1, just wont be us"

Murray’s situation sounds similar to Lamar Jackson’s last year. Jackson had doubters as a quarterback, but he ended up selected with the last pick of the first round and ultimately started at quarterback for a playoff team.
Murray isn’t doing himself any favors with his press availability, but the good news is that will mostly be forgotten if he decides to pursue an NFL career.
