NFL looking into allegation that Richie Incognito used racial slur
Jaguars defensive end Yannick Ngakoue indicated on Twitter Sunday night that Richie Incognito directed a racial slur toward him during Jacksonville’s win over the Buffalo Bills, and the NFL is looking into the allegation.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Monday that an NFL official said Ngakoue’s accusation is being taken seriously.
NFL official said league is “looking into” allegations that Bills’ G Richie Incognito directed a racial slur at Jaguars’ DE Yannick Ngakoue.

Ngakoue did not reveal what it was specifically that Incognito said to him, but he said the word was “racist” and made reference to Incognito’s infamous bullying scandal with former Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin.
Great win to day! And 64, you goin have to come harder than some weak racist slurs. I’m proud of my African heritage, as are 70% of the other Black players in this league. #Iaintjonathanmartin!

Incognito has been accused by at least one NFL player of using the N-word in the past, so this is not the first time a player has said he used a racial slur.
