New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski on Sunday added another injury to long list of the ones he has suffered throughout his remarkable career, but it does not sound like the latest will force him to miss much time.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Gronkowski suffered a minor groin injury.
From @gmfb: At this point, the groin injury to #Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski is not believed to be serious. Will test it today to be sure.

It’s unclear if Gronkowski would have come back into the game on Sunday if the Patriots weren’t beating the New Orleans Saints so badly. He was examined by trainers for a short time and later seen riding a stationary bike on the sideline, which is a good sign.
Gronkowski, who underwent his third back surgery since college last season, appeared to be back to his old dominant form on a beastly touchdown catch earlier in the game against New Orleans. The Patriots have already lost Julian Edelman for the season, so they can’t afford to be without Gronk long-term.
