Russell Wilson hanging with Samantha Hoopes but not dating
Super Bowl-winning quarterback Russell Wilson has been spotted hanging out with SI swimsuit model Samantha Hoopes, leading to some speculation that she might be his girlfriend. But that may not be the case.
TMZ posted a video of the two hanging out after dinner at Katsuya in Hollywood, obviously leading many to wonder if they were on a date. The site later said that the two are not in a relationship but just hanging out with each other.
Does that mean Wilson is in the dreaded friend zone? Is he hoping to transition Hoopes from friend to girlfriend? Is someone covering for them and they really are dating? Do attractive, famous people just really enjoy the company of other attractive, famous people? Did Russ just need a date for another chick flick?
There are so many questions and so few answers!
Between this and allegedly stealing Joseph Fauria’s girlfriend, Wilson has had no shortage of female companions since divorcing ex-wife Ashton.
