Video: Kevin Harlan gives perfect call of Chiefs-Patriots endings
Kevin Harlan has given so many impressive calls over the years. Credit the CBS announcer for once again nailing things at the end of the Kansas City Chiefs’ game.
Harlan was on the call in Kansas City for the Chiefs-Chargers game. The contest featured playoff seeding implications — if KC won and the Patriots lost, the Chiefs would take over the No. 2 seed in the AFC and get a bye. So while calling the Chiefs game on TV, Harlan kept viewers updated on the ending of the Patriots-Dolphins game.
“I’m calling both games!” Harlan stated with intensity
Take a listen to this video:
Kevin Harlan is OUTSTANDING.
Announcing the Chiefs game, he gives play-by-play of the Dolphins taking the lead over the Patriots to secure a bye for KC.
This call is amazing, the crowd reaction is tremendous, the Chiefs player reaction is incredible. I love EVERYTHING about it. pic.twitter.com/imVO3B9IkJ

CBS might not have to send Harlan a second check for his calls, but they should be proud to have such a fantastic announcer. That was right up there with his call of the cat on the field.
Oh, and the Chiefs did clinch the No. 2 seed over the Patriots.
