Jon Jones’ positive drug test triggered by generic Cialis?
Jon Jones may be returning to MMA action sooner than expected because he took a supplement that was meant to enhance his performance in the bedroom, not in the Octagon. That’s what one fellow UFC champion has heard, at least.
During a recent episode of “The Countdown” on MMA on SiriusXM, UFC middleweight champ Michael Bisping claimed he has learned Jones tested positive for estrogen blockers because he took a generic version of Cialis. If whatever sexual enhancement pill Jones allegedly took is not on the banned substance list, Bisping says Jones should get nothing more than a “slap on the wrist.”
You can listen to Bisping’s explanation below:
Jones revealed in an Instagram video last week that he got some good news recently and expects to be back fighting “really soon.”
If you remember, Jones broke down crying while speaking to reporters (video here) and said he can’t even pronounce the name of the substance he tested positive for. He also insisted he is not a cheater.
