I’d go with Brandon Webb and Manny. Webb’s the best pitcher in the game and he’s never had arm trouble. Manny’s the best playoff hitter in the game, that’s what I’m looking for.

Alan, we’ll get to see if you first scenario works out this season since Omar Minaya has brought Sanatana and Wright together. I know only 3 people have chimed in, but I really enjoy the fact that nobody said A-Rod.

I’d go with David Wright and Johan Santana if I wanted to win now and in the next five seasons. Not very original.

Here’s my more original take: I’d go with Hanley Ramirez and make him my centerfielder, then I’d use Felix Hernandez as my ace and hope his arm doesn’t fall off.
