With exception to interest in who wins the Heisman…I swore off arguing about awards 10 years ago when Barry Sanders rushed for 2053 yards, 6.1ypc still and shared the award with Brett Favre. What a focking travesty. In Barry’s first two games that year he had a combined 53yards…in the next 14 games…2000. Unreal. Well beyond Favre’s 35tds and 16int.

I agree with your comments, but why did you not object to Andruw Jones getting another gold glove when his range has greatly diminished and his batting average ha plummeted to a new low?

You classify him as a mainstay, and it makes about the least sense of the whole list.
