No way he gets a light sentence, premeditated or not. Once you load that gun and intend to use it, you cross about every line. The other guys...despite their ratting the triggerman out, they should still go down hard because they knowingly committed a criminal act alongside the murderer. High Profile case means that a young and upcoming Assistant DA is gonna want to make an example of these not so fine upstanding young men. I mean if you want to kill someone there are 2 states in this country that you don't want to do that (1 being Texas the other being Florida) because of their willingness to use the death penalty (which if you haven't already figured out i am in total favor of in this case). i don’t really care what the cops says about what their motivation is or was, Someone died during their Crime.
