Once again, Pacman Jones finds himself in the middle of a violent incident. The Las Vegas Review Journal reports that three people were shot outside the Minxx strip club just off the strip between 4 and 5am early Monday morning.
[Las Vegas police spokesman Jose] Montoya said police had heard speculation that NFL cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones of the Tennessee Titans had been involved in the shooting, but those reports had not been confirmed.
The Review Journal also says Pacman’s agent knew nothing about the incident. The same cannot be said about Pacman’s attorney however. Apparently Pacman talked to his attorney Worrick Robinson
He told me, ‘Man, I am not a suspect and didn’t have anything to do with this.’ He’s just a witness who happened to be at the club at the time it happened. He said he’s going to answer any questions they might have.
Sounds like Pacman had no involvement — but what else would you expect his attorney to say. Only the investigation will let us know whether or not Pacman was involved, but it doesn’t change the fact that once again, Pacman finds himself in the middle of trouble.
What happened to the old Pacman I talked about a few weeks ago who said
I learned a lot, just watch where I go, watch the people that I am around. I’m a bigger target now than I was before this incident so now I really have to watch where I go.
I told you I would be on the lookout. I have a couple of points to make
- I would love to have been around when Jeff Fisher got that phone call
- Pacman still hasn’t learned
- He can’t even party properly — Minxx??? over Spearmint or Crazyhorse??? Come on Pacman. Maybe he was there for the $3 beer after 7 special.
