Brock, 77, played in the MLB from 1961 to 1979 and was with the Cardinals for 16 seasons. He helped bring two World Series titles to St. Louis in 1964 and 1967 and led the National League in stolen bases eight times (with his 938 career steals still marking an NL record). Brock was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1985 and the Cardinals Hall of Fame in its inaugural year in 2014. Unfortunately, he has also battled through other health issues recently.
