Shohei Ohtani likely to start on Sunday against Twins
Shohei Ohtani is on target to start on Sunday for the Los Angeles Angels.
The OC Register’s Jeff Fletcher reported Tuesday that Angels manager Mike Scioscia said the Angels are looking to start Ohtani on Sunday, though it is not official.

Ohtani had been starting on Sundays mostly, but a sprained ankle threw things off and caused him to miss a little more time between starts two weeks ago. He last pitched against the Mariners on Sunday and picked up the win. This would get him back on the Sunday schedule.
The Angels are 21-13 this season. Ohtani is 3-1 with a 4.10 ERA as a pitcher. He’s batting .339 with a 1.018 OPS as a hitter.
