Draymond Green did another very Draymond Green-like thing on Thursday.
Green and the Golden State Warriors battled Karl-Anthony Towns and the New York Knicks on Thursday night. In the fourth quarter at Chase Center in San Francisco, Calif., Green fell down while he was trying to defend Towns.
As Towns attempted to take advantage by driving to the basket, Green first tried in vain to swipe at the ball. Green then grabbed Towns’ left ankle, causing Towns to trip and fall.
The former Defensive Player of the Year Green was ultimately given a flagrant-1 foul for tripping Towns. Here is the video.

Green and Towns were also seen chirping at each other during another point in the contest, which the Warriors went on to win 126-113.

Flagrant-1 fouls do not necessarily judge intent, but Green is obviously well beyond the point of receiving the benefit of the doubt. He has a very long and very well-documented history of committing dirty plays against opponents (and sometimes even blaming the opponents for his own misdeeds).
It should also be noted that Green has some prior history with Towns. The two feuded just last season after Green made an accusation against Towns during a podcast episode.
