Isaiah Thomas tweets reaction to two-game suspension
Washington Wizards guard Isaiah Thomas has been given his punishment for entering the stands to confront a fan in Philadelphia on Saturday night, and he’s not happy about it.
Thomas received a two-game suspension without pay, the NBA announced Sunday.

Thomas tweeted what appeared to be a one-word response to the ban: “bulls–t.”
Thomas was ejected for entering the stands to confront a fan, and a suspension was inevitable. It is easy to understand why he’s mad, but it doesn’t really matter how justified it was — the NBA has a duty to punish players for entering the stands.
Thomas will sit out road games against the Knicks and the Pistons. That’s a more manageable punishment than the fans he confronted got, as we won’t be seeing them at a 76ers home game for quite a while.
