Stephen Curry reportedly smashed up Porsche in car accident
Stephen Curry has been battling a groin injury that has kept him from getting on the court for the last several weeks, and it appears the Golden State Warriors star is having some issues off the hardwood as well.
Curry was reportedly involved in a multi-car crash on Friday morning. A California Highway Patrol spokesman told ABC 7 in Oakland that Curry’s car was hit by two separate vehicles – one that spun out and hit him and a second that rear-ended him. His black Porsche appeared to sustain significant damage.

The roads were wet at the time the crash took place, and police believe the weather was a factor.
Between Curry continuing to miss games and the Warriors losing four straight games amid the ongoing feud between two of their star players, it has been a rough month for the defending NBA champs. Friday’s accident continued that theme, though it’s certainly good to hear no one was seriously injured.
