If you saw Adele at Game 5 of the NBA Finals and were a bit confused as to why, now we seem to know.
The British singer was spotted sitting courtside with LeBron James and James’ agent, Rich Paul, at Saturday night’s game.
In a postgame edition of ESPN’s “The Lowe Post” podcast, Brian Windhorst casually dropped that Adele and Paul are dating, and the game was their first public appearance together.
That reveal certainly caught everyone by surprise. There had been no rumors or information linking the two, and even those who saw them at the game probably wouldn’t have immediately thought the two were a couple. Windhorst would probably know, though: he’s been covering James since he was a high school star at St. Vincent-St. Mary and has longstanding ties to Paul and the rest of LeBron’s inner circle.
Paul is an NBA superagent whose client list also includes Anthony Davis, Draymond Green, John Wall, and Ben Simmons, among others. He’s started to expand his reach beyond the NBA as well.
Adele, a 15-time Grammy winner, filed for divorce from husband Simon Konecki in 2019.
Lamar Odom was taken to court by his ex-girlfriend over missed payments, and now he is being taken to court by a car company over missed payments.
TMZ Sports reported on Thursday that Odom was sued by US Bank Leasing over missed car payments on a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban. Odom hasn’t made payments on the car loan since Feb. 2020, the lender claims. He owes $668.40 per month, according to the report.
A total of $35,116.76 is owed on the car. The lender is threatening repossession if they do not receive payment.
Odom’s rep told TMZ that the car was purchased for the former basketball player’s ex. It’s unclear whether that means Odom’s ex-wife Khloe Kardashian, or his ex-girlfriend who has sued him over other financial matters.
Odom recently defended himself against deadbeat dad claims. The 41-year-old says he does not begin receiving his NBA pension until he is 46.
Lamar Odom and Tristan Thompson got in an Instagram squabble last week in the comments of a Khloe Kardashian post. Apparently their tiff didn’t leave Kardashian impressed.
E! News reported Monday about Kardashian’s feelings, based on information from an insider.
“Khloe thinks the IG comments from Lamar and Tristan were childish,” the insider told E!. “She hates they were publicly acting like that, but also had a laugh.”
Of course she got a laugh from it. How could she not? Odom was acting super thirsty in her comments section. Not to be outdone, Thompson sent a warning to Odom in response.
Thompson and Kardashian began dating in 2016 and share a child together. They broke up last month, but Thompson reportedly is trying to get back together with Kardashian. He has some competition from Odom.
There appears to be very little chance of Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez getting back together, but apparently that does not mean J-Lo is going to give back the ring.
A source told the National Enquirer that Lopez still has the engagement ring A-Rod gave her. The ring reportedly cost $1.8 million, but J-Lo considers it a gift like the many others the former couple exchanged.
“Jennifer still has the ring. It’s in a safe place for security reasons but very much still in her possession,” the source said, via Camille Heimbrod of Micky.com. “She and Alex gave each other lots of expensive jewelry, including several watches for his collection that she doesn’t want to be returned, but nothing as valuable as the engagement ring.”
Rodriguez was said to be fine with J-Lo keeping the ring at first, as he believed there was a chance he and Lopez would get back together. Now that Lopez is back with her ex-fiance Ben Affleck, that ship has sailed.
“At first, Alex was confident that he could win Jen back, which is why he didn’t say anything about the ring,” the insider said. “But with Ben in the picture, even Alex has had to admit there’s zero chance of him ever getting back with Jen. It’s hard enough losing Jennifer Lopez, but losing almost $2 million, too? That really hurts.”
A separate source told the National Enquirer that J-Lo also kept the engagement ring Affleck gave her years ago. The source said it is “not about the money” and that Lopez believes an engagement ring is something that shouldn’t be taken back “especially after you were the one who messed up.” That is likely a reference to the talk that Rodriguez cheated on J-Lo before the two announced their split.
Lopez’s rekindled relationship with Affleck appears to be serious. Rodriguez was also recently spotted with one of his exes, though it doesn’t sound like the two are getting back together.
Rapper Drake went all-out with a baseball-themed VIP date during the week.
Drake took Johanna Leia out on a private date at Dodger Stadium Thursday night. The Los Angeles Dodgers were away at Miami that day and began a homestand against Arizona the following night, leaving the stadium available.
With the stadium available, Drake took advantage by arranging a dinner in front of the home dugout. He and Leia were captured by ABC 7 cameras sitting next to each other at a table, with a server standing at a private stand nearby. Both of them had custom Dodger jerseys for the occasion.
ABC 7 reported that Drake made a sizable donation to a Dodgers charity to make the date happen.
Leia, 40, is the mother of Amari Bailey, who is a highly-touted basketball prospect. Bailey plays on Sierra Canyon’s basketball team with Bronny James, the oldest son of LeBron James.
That’s a pretty nice VIP date and not too bad if you can arrange it.
Tristan Thompson sent a warning to Lamar Odom after his Instagram comment on a Khloe Kardashian photo.
Odom responded to a bikini photo Kardashian posted on Instagram Friday by calling her a hottie and adding several emojis. Thompson, who has been in a relationship with Kardashian until recently, threatened Odom in response.
“God brought you back the first time,” Thompson told Odom in a response. “Play if you want, different results.”
Thompson seems to be referencing Odom’s near-death experience after overdosing at a brothel in Nevada. He seems to be suggesting that if Odom continues to try and pursue Khloe, worse things will happen.
Odom was married to Kardashian from 2009-2016. Khloe and Thompson began dating in 2016 and had a daughter together in 2018. The two had some drama in their relationship and were off-and-on before getting back together last year. However, they broke up last month.
Thompson still seems to be very protective of Khloe and not willing to give up the relationship.

Kardashian posted a photo on Instagram of herself in a bikini, getting wet under an outdoor shower head. The photo is intended to make people lust after her (aka “thirsty”), which is why such a photo is termed a “thirst trap.”
Odom fell into the trap and commented on the photo. He wrote “hottie” along with a couple of flame emojis and other heart-related emojis.
He later reportedly deleted the comment.
Odom, 41, was married to Khloe from 2009-2016. During that time, he was a frequent figure on the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” reality TV show. He and Khloe had a spinoff show as well.
Their relationship was rocky owing in part to Odom’s drug and alcohol abuse. Their divorce was finalized in late 2016, a year after Odom’s infamous overdose that nearly resulted in his death.
Odom’s flirtation with Kardashian comes the month she reportedly broke up with Tristan Thompson.
Le’Veon Bell has spent a lot of time recently defending his football ability, but he may now have to do some damage control with his personal life.
Bell supposedly has seven children with six different women. An Instagram model who goes by Golden Blondie revealed back in March that she was pregnant with Bell’s newest child, who was born in May. However, Bell has supposedly not made any effort to be a part of his new daughter’s life.
Golden Blondie unloaded on Bell in an Instagram post recently in which she called him a “terrible person.” She said Bell barely takes care of his children and only chooses to acknowledge some of them as his own. Bro Bible shared a screenshot of the scathing post. A portion of the post, which was edited by LBS for profanity, is below:
“You’re the worst f—ing human being on the planet you can’t even call yourself a man when you barley take care of the kids you do claim and pick and choose which ones to claim!

The woman went on to claim that Bell pursued her and didn’t have a contract at the time, which she says proves she was not interested in his money.
Bell, who remains a free agent, made headlines recently for some comments he made about Andy Reid. He drew criticism for that and has been trolled a lot on social media recently, and the claims made by his alleged sixth baby mama should only intensify that.
There are two sides to every story, and Lamar Odom is sharing his side of the child support payment dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Liza Morales.
Morales has gone after Odom and sued him over alleged missed child support payments. Just recently, a judge ripped Odom for not making payments.
But now, Odom has shared his side in an Instagram post where he countered Morales’ claims. In the post, Odom essentially called Morales a deadbeat for not attempting to work, earn money, or make reasonable alterations to the way she spends money.

He will have his day in court to see what a judge says about his injunction request. Whether he is with a Kardashian or not, the drama seems to follow him.
Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez announced two months ago that they have mutually agreed to end their engagement, but it doesn’t seem like the former MLB star is doing everything he can to avoid his ex-fiancee.
Rodriguez has rented a mansion in the Hamptons that is located a mile from one of Lopez’s homes, Emily Smith of Page Six reports. A-Rod plans to stay at the $5 million Bridgehampton home while he searches for property to buy in Manhattan and the Hamptons. The home is only a mile away from J-Lo’s $10 million mansion in Water Mill, where she and Rodriguez spent much of their time last summer with their children.

Lopez, of course, has not been spending much time in New York. She has mostly been spotted in the Los Angeles area hanging out with Ben Affleck. The two dated nearly two decades ago and were engaged in 2002. They have since gotten back together and appear to be in a serious relationship again.
It’s interesting that A-Rod would rent a place so close to where Lopez lives, but plenty of celebrities rent and own property in the Hamptons. We doubt this has anything to do with him supposedly thinking he had a chance to work things out with J-Lo not too long ago.
