Wisconsin’s upset win over Villanova on Saturday left many brackets busted.
Villanova entered the NCAA Tournament as the defending champions and No. 1 overall seed following a 31-3 regular season. It figured then that many pickers would have them going far in their bracket picks.
In CBS Sports’ pool, nearly half of people making picks had the Wildcats in the Final Four, while 30.8 percent had them in the title game and 17.6 picked them to win it all.

The result of the second-round upset was devastating for those picking on ESPN. Only nine perfect brackets remained following Wisconsin’s win over Villanova.

Considering the odds of anyone having a perfect bracket are in the quintillions, it’s impressive that nine have made it this far.
In Yahoo, only one perfect bracket remained.
