Former Pro Bowl kick returner Pharoh Cooper is headed to Arizona.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Cooper has been claimed on waivers by the Arizona Cardinals after the Los Angeles Rams parted ways with him on Tuesday.

Cooper was one of the league’s best return men last season and it earned him a Pro Bowl bid. This season, however, he was generally sidelined by injury and hasn’t been able to recover his old magic since returning to action. The Cardinals will be hoping that a change of scenery helps him to find something again and recover the form that made him such a dangerous return man.
