Emmanuel Sanders has worked extremely hard to make his way back from a torn Achilles he suffered late last season, and all signs continue to point to the veteran wide receiver being ready to play in Week 1.
Sanders was a full participant in 11-on-11 drills at practice Monday, and Denver Broncos coach Vic Fangio told reporters he expects the 32-year-old to play at some point during the preseason.

If the plan is for Sanders to play in at least one exhibition game, that obviously means the Broncos don’t anticipate him missing Week 1. Considering Sanders tore his Achilles in December and the injury often takes a full year to recover from, that is very impressive.
A video last month from Broncos practice showed Sanders breezing through agility drills and looking plenty healthy, so it sounds like he has been fortunate enough to avoid setbacks. He should once again be a huge part of Denver’s offense with Joe Flacco now leading the way.
