Patrick Mahomes stands between Lamar Jackson and a first career Super Bowl appearance, and the Baltimore Ravens quarterback is not exactly relishing that.
Jackson was asked Wednesday what he enjoys about facing Mahomes ahead of the AFC Championship Game between the Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs. The Baltimore quarterback rejected the question in a pretty hilarious way.

Lamar Jackson: "I don't like competing against him at all."🤣

“I don’t like competing against him at all,” Jackson responded.
Points to Jackson for honesty.
Mahomes tends to bring out the best in his opponents, but that does not necessarily mean they love having to deal with that. That definitely checks out for Jackson, who is just 1-3 in his career against Mahomes and the Chiefs.
Jackson is absolutely obsessed with winning his first Super Bowl and has been all year. While he probably would have appreciated a more forgiving opponent, he knows as well as anyone that knocking off teams like the Chiefs is a must if he wants to achieve his goal.
