Richard Sherman already earns $2 million bonus
Less than a year after rupturing his Achilles, Richard Sherman is ready to go again.
San Francisco 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan announced Wednesday that Sherman has been cleared to practice and will be a full participant when the team opens camp.

That’s big news for Sherman in many ways. Not only is it a sign that his health is doing well, but he also receives a $2 million bonus for passing his physical and being on the roster.

Sherman was criticized by many for signing too much of a team-friendly contract, but it seems like he may have known what he was doing.
