Blaine Gabbert left Sunday’s 49ers-Falcons game for a few plays after taking a hard hit.
Gabbert was 14-of-23 for 172 yards, two touchdowns and an interception prior to getting nailed early in the fourth quarter. The Falcons were penalized 15 yards for roughing the passer on the play.

Gabbert was taken out of the game and examined for a concussion, but he must have passed his test because he re-entered the game later in the drive. Kaepernick missed his only pass attempt in his replacement role.
