Tim Tebow may have played his last snap as a member of the New York Jets, but that doesn’t mean he’s going to stop hearing about how much of a disappointment this past season turned out to be. As you can see from the photo above that Darren Rovell passed along, a Dick’s Sporting Goods store (presumably in New York or New Jersey) recently took a hilarious shot at Tebow with one of its in-store displays.

Tebow was benched for almost the entire season, so the staff members at Dick’s decided to bench him there as well. While part of me feels bad for the Teebs since Rex Ryan basically admitted he didn’t think he could help the team at all, I still found the joke to be hilarious. Talk about adding insult to injury.
