For Dodger fans, they probably don’t even realize it was all about one pick. One slot in the draft order was the difference between Alex Rodriguez, and Darren Dreifort. Unfortunately … well, you know what happened. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Hey guys, thanks for linking to my bit. It’s been blowing up a little since PopJocks linked to it this morning. I’m an aspiring play-by-play announcer, and I ran it during an Alaska Goldpanners game this summer.
For the record, I’m a lifelong Dodger fan. Which explains why I’m so bitter.
