Victor Oladipo suffers nasty knee injury

Victor Oladipo was taken off the court on a stretcher after suffering a knee injury during Wednesday night’s Indiana Pacers-Toronto Raptors game.

Oladipo was hustling back on defense on a fastbreak in the second quarter. Toronto pushed a pass ahead to Pascal Siakam, and Oladipo ended up undercutting the Toronto forward after his knee gave out.

Pacers teammates immediately called out for medical personnel to assist their star player, who was in obvious pain. The TV commentators mentioned Oladipo’s kneecap, which was covered with a towel. He was then taken off the court in a stretcher:

Oladipo entered the game averaging 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game this season.
