Jalen Ramsey made plenty of headlines on Wednesday when his criticism of multiple NFL quarterbacks went viral.
In an interview with GQ, Ramsey shared his take on several quarterbacks and was not afraid to say when he felt like a player stunk or is overrated.
Ramsey was also asked to give his opinion on his teammate, Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles. Ramsey was careful not to say anything too negative about Bortles, and in fact said “playoff Blake” is good.

On Thursday, it was Bortles’ opportunity to turn the tables on Ramsey. The Jags QB, who has been the subject of criticism from many NFL fans and analysts, declined to lambast his teammate. Instead, he supported Ramsey’s decision to talk trash.

That’s kind of the way it goes. If you can back it up on the field, that gives you more leeway to trash talk. And while Ramsey can back it up, he certainly isn’t making friends around the league.
