Kirk Cousins had the perfect opportunity to drop his catchphrase after beating the New Orleans Saints in the NFL Wild Card round, and he did not miss it.
Cousins was key in the Minnesota Vikings’ 26-20 overtime win over New Orleans, throwing for 242 yards and a touchdown. His 43-yard pass to Adam Thielen in overtime set up the win.
Naturally, Cousins was pumped in the locker room after. And it provided an epic setting for his most famous catchphrase.

Cousins has earned the right at this point. He’s been criticized frequently since joining the Vikings, particularly for his inability to win big games. This certainly counts as a huge victory for him both personally and professionally. He’s been associated with the “you like that” catchphrase since he first broke it out in 2015, and he’s since seen it used to troll and mock him. He definitely deserves to go back to it himself after a victory like that.
