During Monday’s game between the Saints and Falcons, two members of New Orleans’ special teams unit were part of a bizarre moment.
Saints wide receiver Tommylee Lewis was back to return a punt from Matt Bosher. While the ball was in the air, rookie De’Vante Harris collided with Lewis, leading to a loose ball. Harris attempted to gain possession, but was unable to. The Falcons ultimately recovered.
