I dunno, maybe I'm just too much of a pessimist, but I think a ton of people will focus on the inability of the Cavs to close things out if they lose. Good point about MJ though. I guess time will tell based on how they do in Game 6 and Game 7 (if needed).

I disagree. It will still matter, even if they lose (but it will be diminished if they do.) We forget that Jordan's playoff 63 came in a series the Bulls lost. That said, they do need to finish it this time, and get to the Finals.

Remember, they're still getting further by one round each year. There are a lot of teams that would kill for that kind of accomplishment.

[...] – Larry Brown Sports: But if the Cavs lose two in a row, none of this will matter. People won’t remember the amazing Game 5 performance. All everyone will do is criticize LeBron for not getting the job done. So let me remind you to take things one game at a time before setting the crown upon the King’s head. Dirk and the Mavs beat the Spurs on the road in Game 7 last year, and were up on the Heat 2-0 in the finals. And now how is Dirk classified? As a playoff choke. Feel my drift? So let me just advise everyone to slow their roll. Wait til the Cavs are in the final to begin the suck job. [...]
