Dodgers reportedly interested in Logan Forsythe
The Los Angeles Dodgers continue to scour the market for infield options.
According to a report by Jon Morosi of FOX Sports on Sunday, the Dodgers, who have openings to fill at second and third base, are showing interest in Tampa Bay Rays infielder Logan Forsythe, who plays both positions.

Forsythe, 29, is owed $5.75 million in 2017 and has a $8.5 million club option for 2018. He batted .264/.333/.444 with 20 home runs and 52 RBIs in 2016 while providing strong infield defense.
The Dodgers traded Howie Kendrick to the Phillies earlier this month, while Chase Utley and Justin Turner are both free agents as well. They were recently said to be sniffing around this more prominent infielder, but Forsythe could be a more cost-effective alternative if they can find a way to deal for him.
