Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson has issued his first public comments since suffering a season-ending ACL tear.
Watson thanked fans and fellow players for their support in the wake of the injury, pledging to work hard to return “better, stronger, and more focused” than ever before to bring Houston a Super Bowl title.

Watson’s injury sent shockwaves throughout the NFL, and players and fans alike were devastated to hear about the injury. His rookie campaign was looking like one of the most impressive in years, and now it has prematurely ended — but he’s come back from this before and looks to be taking the right attitude in approaching his recovery.
