Despite an incredibly disappointing season, the Jacksonville Jaguars won’t be making any changes at the top.
Jaguars owner Shad Khan announced Sunday that the team’s vice president Tom Coughlin would remain in place and the decisions on general manager Dave Caldwell and head coach Doug Marrone would be left to him. Coughlin has decided to retain both the coach and general manager, and Khan is backing those decisions.

In other words, despite a miserable 5-11 campaign, the entire Jacksonville braintrust will remain in place, as was expected. It is safe to say, however, that we’ll be seeing some serious changes to the roster after the team went from AFC runners-up to nowhere near the playoffs.
