The Baltimore Ravens lost to the New Orleans Saints in the most unlikely way possible.
Justin Tucker, the best kicker in the NFL and arguably the best kicker in NFL history, missed an extra point that would have tied the game at 24 with 24 seconds left. The miss led the Ravens to lose 24-23.
Tucker had never missed an extra point in his entire career prior to that kick. He had attempted 222 extra points and made every single one. It’s a stat the announcers mentioned throughout the broadcast.

When Tucker struck the ball, it initially went straight before slicing to the point that it was right of the goal post. Tucker was left shocked.

Tucker also barely made a 31-yard field goal earlier in the game that nearly missed in the same way the extra point went. That was nothing short of stunning.
