Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell left Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals after suffering a knee injury. He was carted to the locker room.
Bell was being tackled on the sideline by two Bengals defenders when his right knee appeared to bend awkwardly underneath him.

The extent of the injury is unknown, but it did not look good.
It goes without saying that the Steelers cannot afford to lose Bell for an extended period of time. Ben Roethlisberger just returned from a knee injury of his own on Sunday, and it seems like Pittsburgh has been unable to get its best team on the field this year.
This would not be the first time Bell has suffered a significant knee injury, as you can see here.
