Vikings reportedly have some ‘concern’ about Sam Bradford’s knee injury
Sam Bradford has been dealing with a knee injury he suffered at some point during his outstanding performance against the New Orleans Saints Monday night. The quarterback did not suffer a major injury, but the Minnesota Vikings are reportedly still concerned about it.
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports that an MRI on Bradford’s left knee — the same one in which he tore his ACL twice — was negative. However, Bradford is still experiencing swelling and pain.

Bradford has been limited in practice this week, though there has been no indication that he is going to miss Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Still, any knee injury is a concern for him after he tore his ACL in 2013 and again in 2014.
The Vikings looked downright explosive against New Orleans, and Bradford was incredibly accurate. He completed 27-of-32 passes for 346 yards and three touchdowns, and his chemistry with wide receivers Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs looked impeccable. The last thing Minnesota needs is a nagging injury for its quarterback.
