Report: Browns have discussed trading No. 4 pick
It’s no secret that the Cleveland Browns will be keeping the first overall pick in the NFL Draft and taking a quarterback, but there’s some more doubt about their second first-round selection.
According to Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, the Browns have fielded calls about the No. 4 overall pick and are, at least, willing to listen.
While the #Browns plan to stay put at No. 1, they've had a lot of conversations about the No. 4 pick, sources tell me and @RapSheet. That's normal due diligence, but an interesting scenario: Could they get their QB and then provide the pick for another team to get one?

It is entirely possible that nothing comes of this, or that something could be dependent on who’s still on the board at No. 4. That said, the Browns are in need of talent everywhere, and they could fetch a significant haul if they traded the pick to a quarterback-needy team. Perhaps one of these franchises could make an offer they can’t refuse.
