Report: Texans will make ‘competitive offer’ to Brock Osweiler
The Houston Texans will reportedly make a “competitive offer” for Brock Osweiler assuming he makes it to free agency.
According to Charles Robinson of Yahoo! Sports, the Texans are likely to make a strong push for Osweiler once he hits the open market.

The Texans are in dire need of a quarterback, so Osweiler would fit the bill. He may, however, prefer to stay in Denver where there’s already a high-quality roster surrounding him.
Houston has been linked to Osweiler before. They will still have to see off Denver’s interest, as the Broncos have reportedly made a strong offer to the quarterback.
